  • I received a license key but I didn’t receive the CD with the software product. What should I do?

    • If you didn’t explicitly select the Back-up CD option when placing your order, nothing will be sent to you.

      However, you don’t necessarily need a CD to use the product. As soon as the payment is successfully completed, we’ll send the licensing information by e-mail. In most cases, this e-mail will also include a download link. If there is no link present, you can download the trial version of the software from the manufacturer’s website. Once the free version is installed on your device, use the activation code from the licensing e-mail to register your product.
